Report a concern
Every public profile includes a Report control. You can report the whole profile or identify a specific external link, choose a reason, and add context. An email address is optional and is used only if we need to follow up about that report.
You may also contact support@asgonny.com. If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services before reporting the profile to us.
What we act on
We assess reports under our Terms of Use and applicable law. We prioritise credible risks to people and the service.
- Violence, terrorism, violent extremism, threats, exploitation, or abuse.
- Fraud, phishing, malware, impersonation, or deceptive activity.
- Illegal goods or services, privacy violations, or rights infringement.
- Adult or exploitative material that violates our Terms or applicable law.
How review works
A report creates a review record for the ASGONNY safety team. We consider the reported material, context, severity, applicable rules, and whether urgent action is required.
Depending on the outcome, we may take no action, disable a specific link, restrict a profile, suspend access, preserve information required for a lawful request, or contact the account owner. We record moderation actions so decisions can be audited.
Fair decisions
We aim to act consistently, carefully, and proportionately. Serious or immediate risks may require action without advance notice. A user who believes a restriction was made in error can sign in and submit an appeal directly from Studio. The appeal and decision are recorded in the protected safety queue.
Privacy and misuse
Report submissions are used for safety, legal compliance, and enforcement. We keep access limited to authorised reviewers and retain records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.
Submitting knowingly false, abusive, or automated reports may lead to rate limits or other protective action.
