ASGONNY IDENTITY is in public beta. If something does not work as expected, send a short description, the device and browser you used, and a screenshot when possible to support@asgonny.com.
Ideas and product feedback are welcome at the same address. Please do not include passwords, authenticator codes, profile access codes, or other secrets.
Account and privacy
Password reset, email changes, data download, session controls, two-step verification and account deletion are available from Account Settings.
For a privacy request that cannot be completed in the product, contact support@asgonny.com from the email connected to your account.
Safety and appeals
Use the Report control on a public profile to report harmful content or an external link. Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services first.
If your own profile is restricted, sign in and use the appeal form shown in Studio. Appeals enter the same protected review queue used by the ASGONNY safety team.
