Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to ASGONNY IDENTITY. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may use ASGONNY IDENTITY

The service is intended for people aged 16 or older. You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If the law where you live requires consent from a parent or guardian, you must have that consent before using the service.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping your password secure, and all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Usernames are available on a first-come basis. Usernames containing explicit adult references, support for terrorist activity or organisations, or other prohibited material are not allowed. We may remove or reassign usernames that infringe rights, impersonate another person, mislead visitors, or violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, links, and other material you add to your profile. You give ASGONNY IDENTITY a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish it.

Acceptable use

You may not use ASGONNY IDENTITY to harm people, compromise the service, or break the law.

• Do not publish illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, or exploitative content.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Do not distribute malware, phishing pages, spam, or deceptive links.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or bypass security controls without written permission.
• Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Profiles and external links

You control whether your profile is public, private, or protected by a four-digit access code. Anyone with access to a public profile link can view and share the information displayed there.

Profiles may link to third-party websites and services. ASGONNY IDENTITY does not control or endorse external content and is not responsible for its availability, security, or practices.

ASGONNY IDENTITY may review, restrict, disable, or remove access to a link that we reasonably believe violates law applicable to ASGONNY IDENTITY, the user, or the linked activity; is subject to a valid legal order; or facilitates harm to a person or the public. This includes links connected to violence or terrorism, exploitation or abuse, fraud, phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, serious threats, or violations of privacy or intellectual-property rights.

We may act after receiving a report or lawful request, or after becoming aware of a risk through our own safety measures. We will aim to make decisions promptly, carefully, and proportionately, and may act without prior notice when reasonably necessary to protect people or comply with law. We do not pre-screen every external link and cannot guarantee that every prohibited link will be detected immediately. Users remain responsible for every link they publish. Suspected violations may be reported to support@asgonny.com.

Free service and changes

ASGONNY IDENTITY is currently free to create and use. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features to maintain or improve the service. We will not charge you without clearly presenting the price and obtaining your agreement first.

Suspension and deletion

You may delete your account from account settings. We may restrict or remove accounts or content that violate these terms, create security risks, or expose ASGONNY IDENTITY or others to legal liability. Where practical, we will provide notice.

If your profile is restricted or suspended, you may submit one clear appeal through Studio. We may approve, deny, or request more information, and may limit repeated or abusive appeals.

Service availability

We aim to keep ASGONNY IDENTITY available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or that every feature will always be error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ASGONNY IDENTITY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated through the service. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
